This dispute involved a seller of a property who had received money in full for the sale of their house four years before but asked for the sale to be revoked as he claimed he had not been aware of the property price at the time and had been unable to purchase another property at a price he could afford. He requested the property be returned to him and offered to refund the money.
Background
A seller filed a case before Al-Ahsa General Court (Case Number 3453926 Folder Number: 34174457 on 10/02/2013) claiming that he sold a house four years before at a price of 600,000 Riyals and had received full payment. However, he claimed he was unaware of property prices at the time and had been unable to find a property to purchase himself for less than 1 Million Riyals. Therefore, he was requesting the court return his house to him and allow him to refund the money to the purchaser.
