SCA 34234860/2013

The original dispute involved title of three pieces of land which had been purchased from an heir. The heir had later sold some of the land to another person. A key issue was whether the division of the estate had taken place at the time of the sale and if the other heirs had approved the original sale. The Court approved the ownership of the first purchaser over two of the pieces of land and gave him the right to file a case for the third against the other purchaser.
