The defendant denied the claims made by the claimant. He failed, however, to prove his claims. The court requested the claimant to take the oath. The claimant took the oath in order to prove his claim

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The defendant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal.

The court dismissed the appeal and upheld the appealed ruling.
