The office of the public prosecution filed a case against a defendant before the court. It requested the court to penalize the defendant for using a trademark which was owned by another company.

The court considered the documents of the case. The court said that the documents revealed that the defendant had not violated the rules of the Law of Trademarks.

The court acquitted the defendant.
