The office of public prosecution filed a case against two defendants before the court. It requested the court to charge the defendants with fabricating a sales contract.

The first defendant said that he was just a broker in the transaction and that he had paid the value of the contract to a person that he did not know. The second defendant denied the claims made by the office.

The court considered the documents of the case. The court said that the first defendant was involved in the fabrication and that he had cheated the second defendant.

The court ruled that the first defendant should be imprisoned for one year. The court also ruled that the first defendant should pay a fine of 10000 Riyals.

The court did not charge the second defendant.

The court of appeal upheld the appealed ruling accordingly.
