A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He said that the previous case he had filed in order to appoint an arbitrator for the defendant had not settled yet. He requested the court to appoint an arbitrator in accordance with Article 15(2) of Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M34/1433.

The court considered the documents of the case. The court said that Article 15 of Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M34/1433 stipulated that if the disputed parties failed to appoint a third arbitrator, the court should do so. The court said that they requested an arbitrator to review the documents of the case and that he accepted to be the third arbitrator.

The court appointed the arbitrator and ruled that the disputes parties should share payment of his expenses.
