Background

There was a dispute between two partners. The arbitration ruling stipulated that the claimant should exit from the company and hand his share to the defendant. The ruling also stipulated that the defendant should pay the value of the share to the claimant.

The defendant objected to the arbitration ruling.

The court of appeal upheld the arbitration ruling.

The defendant made a plea for reconsideration. The court said that consideration of the plea did not fall under the jurisdiction of the Board of Grievances.

The defendant requested the court to dismiss the arbitration ruling.
