The office of the public prosecution filed a case against a defendant before the court. It requested the court to penalize the defendant for commercial fraud. It said that the defendant used to store expired products.

The court considered the documents of the case. The court said that the documents revealed that the defendant had admitted the accusation. The court said that the defendant should be penalized according to Article 13 of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 119/1429.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay a fine of 2000 Riyals.

The court of appeal upheld the ruling.
