Decision

The court said that Article 459 of Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M32/1350 stipulated that the case document should include the names of the disputed parties and their addresses. The court also said that Article 460 of Saudi Arabia Royal Decree No. M32/1350 stipulated that if the case document dud not include these details, the case should be considered invalid. The court said that the company had failed to include the address of the other company in the document.
The court dismissed the case.
The court of appeal upheld the ruling.
