Background
The General Prosecutor brought a claim against a defendant when the investigation into him led to an accusation that he had participated with an unknown person in forging an educational certificate and using it This action violated Article 2 of the Anti-Forgery Criminal Law. The General Prosecutor requested a confirmation of the crime byt the defendant and that he be punished under Article 8,19, and 21 o the Anti-Forgery Criminal Law.
