This case involved a share sale offer which had not been honoured where it was said time had been given to get the money. There was no evidence of agreement on a difference payment date so the sale had not happened.
Background
A claimant said that the defendant had offered to buy his shares in a company and that he requested the claimant give him some time to collect the money but he found out later that the defendant had assigned his share to another person.
The defendant stated that the claims of the claimant were incorrect and that he had not sold his share in the company therefore the claimant had no rights.
