He also said that some of the creditors had not yet submitted their claims, so an extension of 330 days was needed to submit the claims list to the court.

The court said that Article 68 of Saudi Arabia Cabinet Decision No. 264/1439 stipulated that the court may extend the deadline for submitting the claims list following the trustee's request if necessary.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the court had appointed the initial trustee to perform the task of preparing the claims list. The court said that after the retirement of the initial trustee, the current trustee was appointed to carry out the same task. Therefore, the current trustee's request for a 330-day extension to complete the assigned work was justified.
