Teknowledge Services and Solutions LLC vs Fadi Saghir

This case involved an interim injunction where an employee prior to termination had downloaded competitive information and it was said breached a non-compete clause in an employment contract. Issues included the position where the injunction was not to completely prevent him working for a new employer but to prevent him working in specific areas of the new employer's work which overlapped with the activities of his former employer. The impact of a non-objection certificate having been issued was also considered.
