This case involved a former employee's request for unpaid wages and other debts arising from his contract of employment and that his name be removed from any documentation which would associate it with the former employer. A key issue was the status of an email in which the employee had agreed to drop all such employment claims, if accusations the company was making about him were also dropped. Background
This was a claim for unpaid wages and other emoluments and debts arising from a contract of employment between the Claimant and the First Defendant. The Claimant also made claims for damages for stress and distress, and to have his name removed from official company records in the QFC as having any association or position with the First Defendant.
