Aegis Services LLC v Doha Insulation Trading and Contracting LLC

This case involved an appeal of a ruling where there had been a contract for services and the cheque issued to pay had bounced. On appeal it was argued that the individual who had signed and stamped the contract lacked authority to do so. It was only relevant for the third party to believe the signatory had agency for the contract to be valid.
