Background
These cases both related to ANAS Tec Gulf Engineering LLC (ATG), a company established in the QFC in 2017. In the first the Claimant sought an order that ATG be wound up by the Court compulsorily. In the second the Applicant sought the appointment by the Court of an Administrator of ATG. The Court by Order dated 17 October 2021 directed that the two cases be managed and heard together.
