Background

In a written Application made on 27 January 2021, the Applicant sought permission to appeal from the judgment of the First Instance Circuit given on 29 November 2020, in [2020] QIC (F) 17. The First Instance Circuit ordered the Applicant to pay the Respondent (1) 644, 216.88 Riyals as the balance of commission due, 51,537 Riyals in pre-judgment interest on that sum, (3) interest on 644, 216.88 Riyals from the date of the judgment until payment at the rate of 4% per annum and (4) costs.
