Order
1. The Respondent is ordered to comply forthwith with the Notice dated 19 March 2018 referred to in paragraph 6 of this judgment, including in relation to materials held outside the QFC.
2. The Respondent is ordered to preserve its documents, books and records and not otherwise move or deal with them insofar as they are responsive to the Notice.
Judgment
1. On 18 March 2018 the Applicant, in furtherance of Article 50(1) of the Financial Services Regulations (Regulation No. I of 2005) ("the FSR") appointed investigators to conduct investigations into certain suspected contraventions of "Relevant Requirements" under these Regulations and to report to the Applicant accordingly. Shortly stated, the suspected contraventions related to financial conduct by First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (''the Bank"), including whether some of its activities failed to comply with accepted market practice and were contrary to the principles established by the General Rules 2005 ("GENE") made under the FSR.
