The claim concerns a dispute about estate litigation. The plaintiff asked the Court to set aside the arbitral award .The plaintiff alleged that the arbitral procedure was not valid. The courts agreed that the arbitration procedure doesn't fulfil the legal conditions; the arbitration subject must be determined and arbitrable.
