Background
A company filed a plea against the department of judicial fees before the court. The company requested the court to dismiss the fees payment order issued by the department. The company said that the department had ordered her to pay 2,150 Dinars. The company said that they had already paid the amount by cheque paid to the department of execution in the Ministry of Justice.
The court dismissed the fees payment order.
The manager of the department of judicial fees appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
