Background
An insurance company filed a case against defendants before the court. The company requested the court to order the defendants to pay 6142.191 Dinars. The company said that the first defendant was driving a car owned by the second defendant and hit a car insured by the insurance company. The company said that a ruling was issued against the first defendant. The company said that they paid the compensation for the injured person. The company said that they had received an assignment of right from the injured person in order to claim the compensation paid from the first defendant.
