KCC 2947/2020

This case involved a purchaser of two flat who had agreed to rent them back to the company they bought them from but later agreed to sell them back to the company after the tenancy ended. They had not been provided the rent or money for the flats. The company stated the purchaser had known the flats were not complete but there was evidence too of a settlement agreement that the company had agreed the amounts owed.

Background

A claimant filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay him 10646 Dinars and legal interests of 7%.
