KCC 1814/2017

Background
A claimant filed a case against a defendant in his capacity and as a manager of the company that had rented a property from the claimant. He requested the court to order the defendant to implement ruling No. 5298/2011. He said that the defendant, as an agent of the company had rented a property from him for a monthly rent of 10000 Dinars and he had failed to commit to his obligations according to the tenancy agreement. He said that a previous ruling had been issued against the defendant ordering him to vacate the property and the company to pay 10000 Dinars per month starting from 01/09/2011 until the vacation. He said that when he wanted to implement that ruling but he discovered that the company was a limited company that did not have assets upon which the ruling could be executed.
