He said that he had bought a flat and car park space from the company and paid the agreed amount, but the company had failed to deliver the flat and parking space and had failed to register the contract and issue an ownership certificate.

The court ruled to validate the sale contract and ordered the company to pay the claimant 2000 Dinars as compensation.
