Background
A claimant filed a case against a defendant and the Deputy Minister of Commerce and the Deputy Minister of Justice before the court. He requested the court to validate a disputed sale contract and order the first defendant to pay him 110000 Dinars. He said that he had sold the first defendant a limited company with all its rights and obligations. He said that he committed to all obligations according to the contract but the buyer failed to do so.
