A bank filed a case against a defendant before the court. The bank requested the court to order the defendant to pay 62,531 Dinars for a payment order obtained by the bank. The bank said that the defendant had failed to pay though he had received a notice of the order.

The court ruled that the defendant should pay the bank 62,681 Dinars.

The defendant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court amended the appealed ruling and ruled that the defendant should pay the bank 62,531 Dinars.
