Background

He said that he had stopped all telephone lines provided by the company. He said that the company, however, claimed that he owed them amount of money as a result of the due bills.
The company filed a case against the claimant before the court. The company requested the court to appoint an expert in order to consider the case. The company requested the court to order the claimant to pay the due bills accordingly.
The court dismissed the company’s case. The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant 1240.050 Dinars.
The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appealed ruling and two cases altogether.
