The office of public prosecution accused a public servant of embezzlement and forging formal documents. The office requested the court to penalize the public servant according to the relevant laws. 

The court ruled that the public servant should be imprisoned for 15 years. The court also ruled that the public servant should pay back the money he had embezzled in addition to a fine. The court also ruled that he should be dismissed from his job.

The public servant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appealed ruling and said that the criminal case should be dismissed.
