The defendant objected to the ruling. The court amended the objected ruling and ruled that the defendant should be imprisoned for three years and he should pay a fine of 300 Dinars.

The defendant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court amended the appealed ruling and ruled that the defendant should be imprisoned for two year and suspended the execution of the ruling for three years on the condition that he paid a guarantee of 300 Dinars.
