The office of public prosecution accused two defendants of different crimes including the possession of different types of drugs in order to take and trade in. The office also accused the first defendant of possessing an automatic gun, a firearm and ammunition without licence. The office requested the court to penalize the defendants according to the relevant laws.

The court acquitted the defendants from committing the first and third crimes. The court ruled that first defendant should be imprisoned for four years and that he should pay a fine of 2000 Dinars and another fine of 2000 Dinars. The court ruled that the second defendant should be imprisoned for four years and that he should pay a fine of 2000 Dinars.
