Background
An employee filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay his financial entitlements. He said that his contract had been terminated but the company had failed to pay the entitlements.
The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 63277 Dinars.
The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court amended the appealed ruling and ruled that the company should pay the employee 18368 Dinars.

Th company said in its grounds of appeal that the ruling had erred in the application of law. The company said that the expert had miscalculated the employee’s entitlements.
The court said that this argument was valid. The court said that the case documents revealed that the expert had failed to calculate the employee’s entitlements properly.
The court repealed the appealed ruling.
