Two claimants filed a case against an insurance company before the court. They requested the court to order the company to pay compensation of 20000 Dinars. They said that the claimant’s car had been damaged in an accident and that the car was insured by the company at the time. They said that a criminal ruling had already been issued against the driver of the car that caused the damage.

The court ruled that the company should pay the first claimant 1500 Dinars plus 6900 Dinars.

The company and the claimants appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appeals and upheld the appealed ruling.
