The company filed a case against an employee before the court. The company requested the court to appoint an expert in order to evaluate the losses which had resulted from damage caused by the employee.
The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 15568 Dinars. The court dismissed the case filed by the company.
The company and the employee appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court amended the appealed ruling and ruled that the company should pay the employee 17068 Dinars.
