Background

An employee filed a case against a company requesting that the court order the company to pay his salaries.

The court rejected the case.

The employee appealed and the appeal court ruled that the company pay the employee 1646.145 Dinars.

The company appealed by cassation.

Decision

The cassation court repealed the ruling and assigned an expert to undertake his task stipulated by the ruling. The representative of the company then provided the court with a document in which the employee had given up the case against the company.

The court therefore upheld the ruling rejecting the case.
