Background
An employee made a complaint against a company and requested the Labour Department to order the company to pay their dues. The department referred the case to the court.

The employee appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court abandoned the appealed ruling and ruled the company should pay the employee 14062.399 Dinars.
Decision
The company appealed the ruling before the court of cassation.
The court of cassation repealed the ruling and referred the case to a new expert.
The expert provided the court with a document in which the employee gave up his case against the company.
The court upheld the elementary appealed ruling.
