The documents of the case revealed that the court had dismissed the appellant's case in which he requested that his financial entitlements to be calculated based on the entitlements received by the employees in the fourth grade.

The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds that the appellant was not a Kuwaiti citizen and that the employment contract he had signed stipulated that the reward should be calculated on a comprehensive basis and that the appellant did have the right to claim additional entitlements or privileges.
