The documents of the case revealed that the court ruled that the company (appellant) should pay an amount of money and  interest rate of 7% to the litigant.

The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of the expert report which concluded that the company still owed the mentioned amount as a result of a contract signed between the two parties. The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of solid evidence and that the appellant's defence was irrelevant in this regard.

The court dismissed the appeal.
