The documents of the case revealed that the first appellant had received from the insurance company 94489.648 Dinars as compensation for the whole damage in accordance with an insurance contract signed with an oil company.

The court said that the appellant did not have the right to claim the compensation again from the mentioned company. The court said that the value compensation should be estimated according to the damage resulted. The court said that the evaluation of a suitable amount of the compensation fell under the authority of the court.

The court dismissed the appeal.
