The documents of the case revealed that the court dismissed the appellant's case in which he had requested his severance pay be paid

The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds that the appellant was not a Kuwaiti citizen and that the employment contract he had signed stipulated that the reward was calculated on a comprehensive basis and that the appellant did not have the right to claim additional entitlements. The court said that the appellant's defence that he deserves the mentioned entitlements in accordance with the rules of Kuwait Decision No. 6/1979 of the council of civil service was irrelevant.

The court dismissed the appeal.
