The documents of the case revealed that the court had dismissed the case made by the appellant in which they had requested the court to make a final clearance between them and the litigant.

The court said that a previous ruling concluded that the issue related to the power of attorney issued by the appellant to the litigant had been settled completely. The court said that the mentioned issue was a principal one on the grounds of which the rights of the two parties were established in the current case regardless of the requests made in each case. The court said that the appellant's defence that the subjects of the two cases were different was therefore irrelevant in this regard.

The court dismissed the appeal.
