Decision
The court of cassation considered the issues which related to the public order. The court said that the documents of the case revealed that the document of the appeal were signed by the appellant and not by his lawyer. The court said that Article 10 of Kuwait Law No. 40/1972 stipulated that the appeal document should be signed by a lawyer, otherwise the appeal should be considered invalid.
The court dismissed the appeal.
