The documents of the case revealed that the court had concluded that the acquisition of a property for public purposes fell under the authority of the relevant administrative entity in accordance with the rules of Kuwait Law No. 33/1964.

The court said that the court dismissed the case made by the appellant because the administrative entity's failure to acquire the disputed property for the public purposes should not be considered as a negative decision that could be appealed before the court. The court said that the appellant's defence that the administrative entity had misused the authority was irrelevant in this regard.

The court dismissed the appeal.
