The court of cassation said that the appealed ruling concluded that the case should be dismissed because it was not filed within the legal deadline.

The court said that the documents of the case revealed that the company to which the goods should be sent received the goods and did not make any objection regarding their status. The court said that the company had failed to prove otherwise. The court said that the court dismissed the case because the company failed to prove damage in accordance with Article 178 of Kuwait Decree-Law No. 68/1980.

The court dismissed the appeal.
