The court of cassation said that the court dismissed a case made by the appellant on the grounds that the amount of money he had received for his work as a liquidator fitted with his efforts during the task.

The court said that the evaluation of the wages of a liquidator fell under the authority of the court and that the court was satisfied with the calculation of the amount based on valid basis.

The court dismissed the appeal.
