The court of cassation said that the court dismissed the appeal on the grounds that the appellant had informed the litigants of the case through the office of public prosecution directly and without conducting serious investigations into their addresses. The court said that the court suspended the consideration of the case and requested the appellant to inform the litigants of the case through the legal proceedings but he had failed to do so again. The court said that the court therefore dismissed the appeal because it was established on the grounds of invalid procedures.
