An appellant said in his grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling by which the convicted people were acquitted of writing and publishing a report that insulted the victim had insufficient evidence of causation. He said that the court had established its ruling on the grounds that the published material did not include offensive phrases against the victim. He said that the published material included phrases that insulted the victim and affected his reputation.
