The court said that the court concluded from the documents of the case that the litigant was committed to paying the monthly instalments before getting sick and stopping working. The court said that the litigant was a Kuwaiti citizen and he has interests to stay in his country and therefore he did not travel abroad to order to avoid the payment of the debt.
The court dismissed the appeal.
