The documents of the case revealed that the court had concluded that the appellant had failed to commit to his obligations in a contract signed with the company.

The court said that the court had established its ruling on the grounds of the expert report t and the testimonies of the relevant witnesses. The court said that the appellant therefore should pay the value of the advance payment that the company had paid the time of signing in addition to 1000 Dinars as compensation for damage which had resulted from the failure to execute the contract. The court said that the appellant's defence was irrelevant in this regard.

The court dismissed the appeal.
