The court said that the appellant had supplied the litigant with electric appliances based on photocopies of the bills which had been signed by the subordinates of the two parties. The court said that the expert report confirmed that the appellant still owed money to the litigant as a result of the final clearance. The court said that the court also concluded that the appellant did not deserve the commission. The court said that the court established its ruling on a valid basis.
The court dismissed the appeal.
