The court said that the court concluded that the two horses were shipped along with other horses in the same shipment and that the appellant had received them. The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of solid evidence including the testimonies of the witnesses. The court said that the appellant's defence that he did not receive the horses was irrelevant in this regard.
The court dismissed the appeal.
